CLEANING REQUIRED BEFORE REPAIR

Before you ship the pack back to us, it must be clean. WE WILL NOT REPAIR DIRTY PACKS. IF YOU SEND US A DIRTY PACK WE WILL CHARGE A $30 CLEANING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. So please follow these instructions before sending your pack in for repair:
Open every zippered pocket as wide as possible. Empty the pack of all debris by turning upside-down and shaking vigorously.
Remove all the framing from the pack (see video links below). Note, taking the framing out of the pack will save a lot on shipping cost, however, please be sure to include the framing when you ship your pack back so we can inspect it for any issues.
Turn the pack inside out and vigorously shake it out. A lot of dirt and debris likes to hide in the side framing sleeves, so be sure to pay particular attention to these when shaking and cleaning.
Using warm water, scrub the pack down with a wet rag INSIDE AND OUT (PARTICULARLY INSIDE). DO NOT USE HARSH SOAPS OR CHEMICALS as they will damage the fabric. AND NEVER PUT YOUR PACK IN THE WASHING MACHINE!!! If the pack is very dirty, you can use a pea size amount of natural laundry detergent in a large bucket of water.
Hang the clean pack to dry inside or in the shade - do not dry your pack in direct sunlight.
Plastic Removal
Plastic Reinstallation

I have read the cleaning instructions above and agree to clean my pack before sending in for repair, if necessary. If we receive your pack and the cleaning instructions were not followed, or if the pack is deemed unsafe for our staff to work on, you will be assessed a $30.00 cleaning fee per pack.
