2022 was a breakout year for Joel Freeman. Climbing from 1031 to 1037 over the course of the year, Joel had 5 wins, 12 podiums, and 21 top tens, bringing home just over $48k in tournament earnings. That is quite the feat in a field that has grown exponentially more competitive in the last couple of years. Joel has been elevated to Innova’s Star Team for 2023, a spot that is well earned and well deserved.

With all that said, Joel is not just a great competitor - he is someone that shares our vision to leave the world a better place than we found it, and we are honored to have him representing Pound.

With 4 wins, 7 podiums, and 15 top tens last year, it goes without saying that Valerie’s star is on the rise! It’s no surprise that Valerie landed on Discraft’s Elite Team for 2023. She's back for her 2nd year representing Pound, and we're thrilled to have her!

You may be looking at the 2023 World Champion. With 4 wins, 10 podiums, and 15 top tens last year, Aaron has been elevated to Discraft’s Elite Team for 2023. To put in perspective just how amazing Aaron’s play was last year, his earnings from 2022 represent 63% of his career earnings since turning pro in 2017. Aaron is here to stay folks - we just hope the mustache and blue bomber are as well!

Despite being a 2x ultimate world champ, it’s still hard to believe that Ella has only been playing disc golf for 3 years. With 3 wins, 9 podiums, and a whopping 16 top tens out of 27 events played last year, Ella has shown us that she is a force to be reckoned with on tour. Ella will be representing Discmania as one of only 4 players on their coveted Signature Team for 2023. Originally from Euguene, OR, and now living in Seattle, it’s great to have another Pacific Northwesterner on the team!

Having carried a Carlton in 2020 and an Octothorpe in 2021, Mason is no stranger to Pound packs. Mason made waves at the end of 2021 with his win at the Music City Open NT Finale, and continued to play solidly throughout last year. We are excited that he’s found a new home at Mint Discs, and can’t wait to see what he’ll do this year!

Casey is a fan favorite and always fun to watch on tour. He is a member of Discmania’s Signature Team and represents Ridge Roller Customs as well. Hailing from his beloved town of Shirley, Massachusetts, Casey is just beginning what looks to be a long, successful career!

Gavin had back to back breakout performances last year at The Open at Tallahassee followed closely by the Champions Cup. He also finished the 2022 season with 12th place finishes at both Worlds and the USDGC. Gavin has proven to be a contender on tour, and he is primed for another breakout year as a new member of Discmania’s Shield Team.

Christian is so much more than just a Pound Ambassador. He has been with us since the very beginning, for over 10 years in fact, and has been championing our designs since the Mystery Ranch days of the Golf Mahal. He has not only been a great friend and mentor, but has given countless hours of advice, both legal and otherwise, through many of the struggles we’ve gone through as a small business. We have always approached Ambassadorships with a lifelong goal in mind, and we are honored that Christian will be representing Pound for yet another year.

Chris is no stranger to Pound packs, as he has been rocking an Octothorpe since the end of 2015. “It’s been a goal of mine to represent not only the best bag producing company, but a local company as well.” We’re glad to make that goal a reality.

Chris represents Innova and is currently rated 1027. He had 12 wins, 14 podiums, and 22 top tens out of 25 events played this year, and plans to expand his tour for 2023. Keep an eye out for this one!

Blake made a splash at the end of 2022 with a 6th place finish at the Lake Marshall Open. He also took home 9 wins, 19 podiums, and 24 top tens out of 27 events played last year. Hailing from North Carolina, Blake will be representing Discmania in 2023.

Representing Gateway, Ben hails out of Minnesota. He had 2 wins, 7 podiums, and 8 top tens in 2022 and hopes to compete as much as possible this year. Depending on the day, you’ll find him rocking either a Carlton or an Octothorpe on out on the course.

Representing Kastaplast since 2019, Huntington is helping to build the next generation of Disc Golf. He gave over 100 private lessons last season alone. and community is at his core.
