The Octothorpe is our original disc golf backpack, and is a favorite among players around the world. Initially released in 2015, and now redesigned for 2025! Our goal with the Octothorpe's design was to combine the comfort and durability of a mountaineering pack with the functionality of a disc golf bag. We achieved that goal by applying design techniques, material selection, and quality standards that continue to set the bar today. Our primary objective with the new Octothorpe was to increase the stability & design a better shoulder pad attachment system. In the process of redesigning the Octothorpe, we improved upon every aspect and even added a handful of new features. As a result the Octothorpe today is still the most comfortable, durable, and well made disc golf backpack in the sport.
Packed with Features
The Octothorpe features a main compartment with a 20 disc capacity, and an easy to access putter pocket at the top of the bag that can hold 4-5 putters. The pack also features six external zippered storage pockets, as well as an integrated hydration sleeve with tube management for those that carry hydration bladders. The pack exterior is constructed using a combination of US-made 1000D and 500D Cordura® Nylon fabric that provides maximum durability and light weight. For those who play in all conditions, the Octothorpe is also compatible with our rainfly that features waterproof fabric and magnetic flap closures for easy pocket access.

Producing your custom pack will take 8-12 weeks, but we do not guarantee delivery within this window. Please do not ask us for updates until 12 weeks have passed. We love making custom packs, but our production is not all under one roof, so providing updates is very time consuming.
No. We're unable to offer requests for custom embroidery, custom fabric, or other customizations not shown in the custom product builder. This helps us streamline the pack building process, and allows us to ship custom orders more quickly.

Cancellations: Custom Program order cancellations will be honored, but there is a $50 order cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Change Requests: Custom Program orders are given a 48 hour grace period for change requests. If a change request is made after the grace period has ended, we charge $50 to implement that request.
No. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

Very happy with the bag. All was as expected
Simply the best bag in the game.
I bought this and a bag boy cart at the same time but honestly i almost enjoy wearing it instead of carting it. Its ridiculously comfortable and i dont struggle to fit my arms in the straps like every other disc golf bag. Fits everything i could need. The accessories like inserts are definitely a must have.
Took just a little less than 3 months to get it, but 100% worth the wait. Super comfortable, tons of room.
Old version felt better..the new one is ok but materials feel cheaper..the bag feels and looks flimsier..the putter pocket is not great for what I like..the phone pocket flap is weak and the magnet is mediocre..the best part is how the straps are now connected..the main flap that covers the discs is flimsier than the previous model and doesn’t stay tucked in well
Love the bag. My favorite aspects have to be the endless storage, comfort while carrying a full load, and cell phone pocket. However, there are a few things I’m not stoked on. The putter pocket just barely fits 5 putters. I have to put them all in at the same time for them to sit flush with one another. Otherwise, the lips of each disc get crossed with others and make a mess when pulling one out. The other thing is my water bottle can easily fall out of the side pocket due to not being able to zip the bottle into the pocket/not having any mechanism to hold it in place. (I have an 40oz Owala bottle.) Overall the bag is sick though. Would buy again.
