The Tru Shape takes the Hydrapak utilizes a fixed baffle to lower the profile, reduce sloshing, and disperse weight. LOVE IT!!

I tried messing with bottles for a couple of years because I was skeptical of how this would affect the pack. However, I bought one right when it started to get hot here in Missouri and it's been a lifesaver. Although a full pak changes the balance of the bag a bit, it is so much easier to carry than the equivalent amount of water in bottles. The only other review complained about the straw, but the easy solution to having the liquid heat in the sun is to blow it back into the pak. SO glad they were in stock when I decided to try one! Great for hydration

The overall use is great. The insulated straw does not work as advertised. The liquid in the straw still heats up in the sun. Probably cause it’s black. If it were a lighter color I feel this could be 100%. But love my octothorpe!! Keep up the good work Levi!!
