Replaceable shoulder pads were introduced in the Fall of 2018. Packs made prior to the Fall of 2018 had sewn-in, non-removable shoulder pads. If you have an older version pack with sewn in shoulder pads, we will gladly upgrade the pack to receive the new removable shoulder pads for free.
