Replaceable shoulder pads were introduced in the Fall of 2018. Packs made prior to the Fall of 2018 had sewn-in, non-removable shoulder pads. If you have an older version pack with sewn in shoulder pads, we will gladly upgrade the pack to receive the new removable shoulder pads for free. Amazing quality and service

Recently I had submitted my Pound Octothorpe pack to the warranty repair program and Henri did a fantastic job on facilitating the repairs and upgrading my shoulder pads to the new customizable snap feature.
